By utilizing Premiere Flow, you agree to our operational guidelines and service level agreements designed to ensure consistent, high-fidelity output for your inventory.
Delivery & SLA
While our engine typically processes assets in minutes, our standard Service Level Agreement provides for a 24-hour delivery window to allow for manual quality oversight where necessary.
Revision Policy
Upgrade and Partner Pack tiers include one (1) revision submission per listing. The Unlimited Pack members are eligible for two (2) revision submissions per listing to ensure total satisfaction.
Content Ownership
Clients retain all rights to original raw assets. Premiere Flow retains the right to use anonymized "Before and After" comparisons for marketing and promotional purposes.
Asset Quality
For optimal results, high-resolution original photos are required. Pulling directly from listing links may result in lower-fidelity output depending on source resolution.
